Another year has passed, I just don't know where the time goes.I am looking forward to another healthy , fun filled year with many smiles. We upgraded our computer, Jen and I are looking forward to sharing our photo's and Hts. Newsletters with you all. My passion is about Wellness, Which I believe takes in nutrition, exercise, massage, E.E.T.(energy efficient thoughts) and getting passed E.B.T. (energy blocked thoughts) and grooming. E.E.T. also takes in sound and color. I am a N.Y.S. Lic. Massage Therapist, Cosmetologist, Our work and our passion for wellness should never be take as substitute for your Medical doctors.
