Good morning friends,

When I started my book "Hts. Exchange of Energies" I was on a journey in the 80's to try to understand coincidences and what I felt were unexplained events in my life's experiences. As I looked closer I discovered unexplained energies which led me in a direction of thought theories. Thought theories led me to energy work like Shiatsu which means finger pressure in Japanese. I've used my book over the years as a workbook and never felt I completed my search which has become my life's work. My work I call (Hts. Heights) or a play on words HTS meaning Holy Transcriputal State. By now you may be making connections that my life's work is about mind body and spirit. Recently my interest has become what I call the new buzz words "Hormones" How does the body react with nature. How does nature stimulate hormones? Does hormone stimulation fight dis-ease? Thought theories can lead to more abstract thinking like understanding the connections of vibrations and wellness. Vibrations and blockages. Blockages that can lead to dis-ease. Exchange of Energies is about getting passed blockages. Blockages are part of the human experience it is how we handle them that makes us unique. I am always moving toward my goals and that is to help others get pass their blockages as I find and search out ways to get by my own. For now I am on a Quantum search.

God bless your journey

Shiatsu comes from the five element theory of "Traditional Chinese Medicine" (TCM).Thousands of years old. Yin and yang balance ones mind body and spirit.
Bless you, and thanks for sharing.
